To sign up for our free membership, go to Login / Create Account and click on the Create New Account hyperlink. Fill in your details. Please note that labels in bold indicate a required field.

Change Password
To change your password, log in to your account. Go to Account and key in your new password and confirm your new password.

Forget Password
If you have forgotten your password, go to Account and key in your login id. Click on the radio button 'Please Email Me My Password' and your password will be sent to you via email immediately.

Discount
We offer up to 35% discount* off the retail price for our books, CDs/VCDs and toys. The prices displayed on our website are discounted prices.

However, we may hold certain promotions for our members from time to time and MEMBERS WILL NEED TO LOG IN BEFORE THEY CAN VIEW OUR MEMBER'S PRICE.

When you sign up for our membership the FIRST TIME, we will need to activate your account. Your account will be activated within 12 working hours and an email shall be sent to you upon successful activation.

Shopping basket
To add items to your shopping basket, just click on Add One to Basket.

To remove or make changes to your shopping basket, go to Basket Contents.

Placing an order
When you are ready to check out your shopping basket, click on Check Out to proceed with your order.

Upon receiving your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Canceling an order
We do not accept cancellation of order.

• wait for new stock (we will advise you on the timeline) to arrive. We shall deliver it to you as soon as it is available or
  
• replace the original order for the out-of-stock item with another new item/s or
• cancel the order for the out-of-stock item if it is unavailable indefinitely

International order
We are sorry that we currently do not accept international orders.

Delivery timeline
We try to ensure that you receive your ordered items as quickly as possible. Delivery timeline ranges from 3 - 14 working days, following successful confirmation of payment (for cheque payment).

You will be informed via email/phone once your order is ready for despatch.

If we are unable to fulfill all of your book orders at the same time, we will deliver to you those titles which are available first. The remaining titles will be delivered to you at no extra delivery charges when they become available.

Delivery charges *
We offer FREE delivery for orders above S$40.

For orders below S$40, a nominal delivery charge of $3.50 will be included in your final bill.

Delivery schedule
Our normal delivery schedule is from Mon - Fri between 1700hr - 2000hr and Sat between 1300hr - 1600hr.

Recommend-a-Book
Member will be entitled to a 10% discount on your next purchase if the book you recommended is accepted and included in our catalogue. Once your recommendation is accepted, you will be notified via email. The following terms and conditions apply:

- this discount is only applicable to members whose recommendations are accepted
- this discount is only valid if you make your next purchase within the next 3 months, upon notification of acceptance of recommendation via email
- this discount is only applicable on your next purchase for the first 3 recommendations we accept from you

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

We absorb the GST on all our products. Hence there will be no GST charge in your final billing.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return an item due to printing or publication defects, please send an email to postmaster@littlebooknest.com within 3 working days of receiving your items and we shall gladly replace the defected item for you.
